01 General Terms

New pkl is an internationally licensed online betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between new pkl and its users.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are permitted. Deposits made through third parties are not allowed.
• New pkl does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider's own charges may apply.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

• Most withdrawal requests are processed within three hours.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in account suspension and cancellation of all bonuses. new pkl reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity related to bonuses.

05 Betting Rules

There are a few key rules you need to follow when betting on new pkl. These rules are in place to ensure a fair and balanced environment for all users.

5.1 Bet Confirmation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Verify all information carefully before placing a bet.
• Any bet left incomplete due to a technical issue will be voided and the stake refunded.

5.2 Live Betting

Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet may shift, and the bet will be accepted at the updated odds. new pkl is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues.

5.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled or rescheduled after the original start time, the affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded. However, if play has commenced for a specified period (typically 5 minutes), the result may be deemed valid.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on new pkl. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account under the same person's name.
• False Information: Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Bots or Automation: Placing bets using automated software.
• Collusion: Attempting to manipulate outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of illegal financial transactions.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting any technical glitches or loopholes in the platform.
• Third-Party Payments: Using a payment method registered in someone else's name.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

New pkl reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason. In most cases, users will be notified before their account is closed.

7.1 Closure by the User

You can close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. Contact our support team or use the self-exclusion tool to proceed.

7.2 Closure by new pkl

In cases of rule violations, fraud, or suspicious activity, new pkl may close an account immediately. Any claim to a legitimate balance will be reviewed once the investigation is complete.

08 Limitation of Liability

Users bear full responsibility for any financial losses incurred while using the new pkl platform. The risk of winning or losing when betting rests entirely with the user.

• New pkl is not liable for any losses caused by faults in third-party software or services.
